Park Inventory Services is co-owned by sisters Lisa and Sally, we pride ourselves on offering a professional, friendly and helpful service for landlords, agents and tenants. Being hands on we are involved in every aspect of the inspections enabling us to provide a more personalised service.


As members of the AIIC we benefit from full public liability insurance and professional indemnity insurance. We are committed to providing the best service possible and use up to date technologies to provide this​, ensuring the best service for our customers.

Services

All reports are created on-site at the property using a tablet device and bespoke software.


The reports are largely completed by the time we leave the property and final checks done in the office before sending to our clients electronically.


We have a 48hr turnaround time from inspection to you receiving the report.

Standard Inventory Reports

An inventory is a detailed inspection of the fixtures, fittings and furnishings of a property. It includes descriptive and conditional comments for each room, an overview picture of the room and conditional pictures for items with damage.


Inventory & Check In Reports


Everything that is in a standard inventory also includes -

  • Meter Readings & photos
  • Keys provided & photos
  • Schedule of condition
  • Check in service, releasing keys to tenant on moving in day if required


Check Out Report


A check out report is completed at the end of a tenancy, it is essentially the same as a check in, marking any changes since the inventory and check in. We will report if we think these changes are fair wear and tear, tenant liability or landlord maintenance.


Mid Term Inspection


An inspection undertaken of the property 

to give an overview of the condition of the property during the course of a tenancy.


The report highlights maintenance issues, property damage, cleanliness, subletting, pets, smoking and neglect.
